What questions would you ask me if you have a chance to have a 1-on-1 with me?

What I know is that it takes honing your skills, getting outside the box ideas and creative thinking, accountability, and additional training in fact to learn and implement all the things necessary to run and scale a business in this marketplace.

All business coaches are NOT the same. I am a very broad based coach and I know a lot about a lot.

Here is a pretty good list of the types of things I can work with clients on. And I’ve worked with people in brick and mortar businesses, home based businesses, service based, all types, trust me.

• Sales strategy, sales conversations training, logistics, wording, and systems for onboarding, follow up, delivery of services, etc.

• Affiliate marketing and joint venture, referral marketing

• Speaking to sell, speaking for free for lead generation, developing your talk, marketing your talk, getting booked, increasing confidence to speak, creating powerpoints, marketing materials, tradeshow booths and strategy

• Networking skills for in person or virtual, how to get people to be interested, working the room, what to say, blurbs to share on virtual, marketing materials to bring in person, get them to want what you’ve got, want to take a next step or take action in the follow up

• Outsourcing tasks to a VA, developing a larger team, where to find help, how and what to delegate, what to budget, when to know it’s time, how to train your team, how to hire/fire, systematizing to make it easier for you/them

• Systematizing processes for how you keep your files, client info, content, database lists, marketing materials.

• On top of that I have templates galore, you need to create a speaker sheet, flyer, order form, nurture sequence, landing page or ?? I’ve got samples and will do this WITH you so it gets done.

• And a whole lot more…. there’s always a next thing!

It’s all the things. Yes, my experience and knowledge is very broad… I’ve had to learn and implement all of this too. I’ve got huge ideas and often see much bigger and farther out than you can see… so why not see what happens!?
