Today I want to talk about evaluating certain areas of your business and your marketing… 

What’s working, what’s bringing in an ROI, what’s not supporting you or your business’ growth, what’s NOT working anymore? And, what can you get rid of or let go of?

I’m guessing that most of what you’re doing these days isn’t working. Some things might be working ok, some not at all and some things you’re doing could be the main source of more clients for you…

You could be doing WAY too much yourself too (trying to save a buck or more).

You might be tight on cash due to the holidays or other situations life throws at us.

So, are you tracking and paying attention to which activities and parts of your business are working? If you’re like me, sometimes you find it hard to “let go” of things too because maybe “they’ll start working again”??? 

Yeah, I know, tracking is NOT my favorite thing to do either. I’m the idea generator, implementor, and starter… not always the tracker or finisher (which is why I hire people!).

It’s a great time of year though, to RELEASE the old and what’s not working. And INVITE in the NEW!

Here are a few things to EVALUATE:

1. Your networking groups. Which have you actually gotten paid clients from or a good number of referrals from this whole year and which haven’t proven to bring in much if anything at all?

2. Your social profiles and pages/platforms. Where are people engaging with you and/or clicking over to things on your website from and which are just ghost towns?

3. Your content. What do people reply to or attend to hear more about or comment on when you talk about it and what content/topics are getting ignored?

4. Your offerings. What are people buying the most of and what don’t they care about in general?

5. Your freebies. What are people opting in for most and what are they passing by (assuming you’re promoting it)?

6. Your team. Who on your team is in sync with your goals, values, expectations and who is falling behind or distracted?

7. Your mentors, coaches and groups that you’re a part of for support or training.  Where or who are still adding massive value to your future growth, and which have you outgrown or exhausted all opportunities?

8. Your goals. Do you have big enough money or lifestyle goals for what you really want to accomplish or are you settling, thinking it might be “too hard” to build?

9. Your self worth. Are you playing big with your rates, offerings and confidence, knowing you’re worth it, or are you staying stuck in limiting beliefs or self doubt about yourself?

10. Your Lifestyle Desires. Are you living the life you want now, or see it in your near future, or are you thinking you have to change what you want because it doesn’t seem to be coming to fruition?
