Hey there, fellow entrepreneur!

If your website is just sitting there looking pretty… we need to talk. Because if it’s not set up to convert and automate, you’re leaving money on the table — and I’m here to help you fix that.

 

Here’s a quick breakdown of what every business owner needs to know about websites, systems, and automation: 

1. Your Website’s #1 Job? CONVERSION.

It’s not just about looking good. Your website should be working for you 24/7 — collecting names, emails, phone numbers, addresses… all of it!

You can’t rely on email alone anymore. And please, don’t assume someone is going to schedule a call with you right away. Most people landing on your site don’t know you yet — so you’ve got to make it easy and enticing for them to take that first step.

Pro tip: Add a compelling opt-in offer and make sure it’s front and center (not buried three clicks deep).

2. There Are 16 Website Musts — How Many Do You Have?

I’ve created a full checklist of what I consider essential for a high-converting website. A few things I touched on during my talk:

  • Make sure your branding and layout look professional (but you don’t need to spend thousands!)

  • Add videos to your homepage and other key pages.

  • Use copy that converts, not just pretty pictures.

  • Include clear calls-to-action — and don’t just say “Schedule a Call.”

  • And for the love of sales… put your contact info where people can find it!

You’d be shocked how many websites I visit that don’t even list a phone number or location. Don’t make people work to figure out who you are and how to reach you.

3. If You’re Not Automating, You’re Working Too Hard

Let’s be real: chaos happens when you don’t have systems.

Automation is how I’ve scaled my business — and how you can, too. Here are the six areas I recommend automating first

1. Follow-up marketing (after events, calls, emails, everything!)

2. Social media marketing (yes, you can automate a lot of it!)

3. Funnels and affiliate/partner marketing

4. Invoicing and payments (please stop manually invoicing — it’s 2025!)

5. Customer onboarding

6. Admin and productivity tools

These systems save me hours every week and make sure no opportunity falls through the cracks.

4. You Don’t Have to Do It All at Once

Here’s the thing — you’re not going to knock this all out in a month (and you don’t need to). I tell my clients all the time: pick 5 or 6 things from my Productivity & Profitability Checklist and focus on those. You’ll probably implement the full list over a couple of years — and that’s perfectly fine!

With the right systems and mindset, you’ll stop spinning your wheels and start making more money with less stress.
