OMG, I did the coolest thing. I created a Manifesto (with the help of Leo, my ChatGPT), and it’s so spot on!!

I’ve always wondered WHY create a Manifesto? What’s it for, and who cares?

But then I looked into it more and this is what I found:

What IS a Manifesto?

At its core, a Manifesto is a bold, public declaration of your beliefs, values, and intentions. It’s part personal mission statement, part rallying cry, and part unapologetic statement of what you stand for — and what you refuse to tolerate.

In business, it becomes:

  • Your north star for decisions

  • A marketing magnet for the right clients

  • A filter for who you want to work with (and who you don’t)

  • A movement starter if you want to rally others around your cause or approach

Why Write One?

A Manifesto matters because:

  1. Clarity fuels action — You can’t lead others (clients, team, audience) if you aren’t crystal clear on your own vision and principles.
  2. Positioning — It separates you from every other “business coach,” “speaker,” or “publisher” by showing your unique point of view.
  3. Magnetic marketing — It repels people who aren’t aligned (good!) and deeply attracts those who are.
  4. Authority building — It shows you’re not just selling something; you’re leading something.
  5. Internal alignment — Helps you make decisions faster because you already know your “rules of the game.”

Why Your Audience Will Care

People don’t buy coaching, books, or events just for the information.
They buy beliefs, vision, and leadership.

Own Your Worth. Speak Your Truth. Sell Without Apology.


I believe no brilliant entrepreneur should be broke, burned out, or buried under busywork.
I believe the right clients are out there — and they’re waiting for you to show up like you mean it.
I believe sales is not sleazy — it’s service. If you believe in what you offer, it’s your responsibility to sell it.


I refuse to watch smart, talented entrepreneurs hide behind perfectionism, overthinking, or endless free trainings.
I refuse to accept “playing small” as a business strategy.
I refuse to work with people who make excuses instead of making moves.


Here’s what I know for sure:

  • Confidence is contagious — and so is doubt.

  • Your marketing must be simple, strategic, and consistent.

  • Speaking, networking, and publishing a book are the fastest ways to build authority and cash flow.

  • Follow-up isn’t optional — it’s the difference between struggling and scaling.


This is how I roll:

  • I tell the truth — even when it’s uncomfortable.

  • I give you clear, actionable strategies you can implement now, not “someday.”

  • I help you make more money without sacrificing your soul, sanity, or Saturday mornings.

  • Example: “I believe no brilliant entrepreneur should be struggling to make consistent sales because they’re afraid to charge their worth or speak up.”

Core Beliefs & Non-Negotiables

  • The truths you live and work by

  • What you believe about business, money, clients, and success

  • Example: “Sales is not sleazy — it’s service. If you believe in what you offer, it’s your responsibility to sell it.”

The Future You’re Creating

  • The vision you have for your audience, industry, or the world

  • Example: “I see a world where women entrepreneurs confidently earn 6 and 7 figures without apology, compromise, or burnout.”

The Rules of Engagement

  • How you operate with clients, partners, and your audience

  • Example: “We tell the truth, even when it’s uncomfortable. We take fast action, even when it’s scary. We celebrate every win, even the tiny ones.”

The Actions You Demand (of Yourself and Your People)

  • What you promise to bring to the table — and what you expect others to bring

  • Example: “I will always give you direct, no-fluff strategies. You will show up and do the work. Together, we will make it happen.”

The Invitation

  • A call to join you in your movement

  • Example: “If you’re ready to stop playing small, speak your truth, and make more sales than you thought possible, I’m your coach. Let’s go.”
