About this conference:
It will be held over two days, IN PERSON in the Northern California area, near Sacramento. There will not be a virtual option or be hybrid. Dates TBA, but will be weekdays, not weekend days, mid to end of January. Conference will run from approximately 8:00 am – 5:00 pm both days with a VIP networking reception on the first night that speakers are expected to attend. Ticket prices for attendees will range from $47-$197 with a general and VIP ticket.

Here is what you need to know:
- There are 15-20 Speaker spots available, all speakers will speak to the main room from the main stage.
- Speaker topics will be exclusive, no repeat talks will be accepted, apply early to secure your topic!
- All speakers will be able to make paid offers from stage up to $500, nothing over.
- Speaker Sponsor Spots range from $700 – $1,700 depending on how long they have on stage. (See below)
- All speaker applications are subject to approval by the conference committee.
- Speaker fees will be payable if or when you are chosen to speak, upon your acceptance.
- Speakers will have from 10-55 minutes to present depending on level of speaker sponsorship, see options below.
- Speakers are required to attend the entire conference to maximize your connections and leads but also to support other speakers and the event. There will be many networking opportunities, to meet and engage with attendees, share what you do beyond just your presentation.
- All speakers will have a vendor table for both days during the event. If you don’t wish to man a table, please tell us ahead of time.

Keynote Speaker Sponsor Options are as follows – read carefully:
Option 1 – $700 speaker includes (only two spots):
- 10 min talk time on the main stage during lunch – no paid offer is recommended for such a short talk, but you may have a free offer and/or invite people to your booth/table.
- Ability to donate a physical item, book, etc. to the Swag Bag (We estimate needing 100-200 items)
- Inclusion on the event website with your photo, your title, link to your website as well as your talk title and description.
- We do ask that you promote this event and yourself as a speaker which benefits the event and YOU, of course – swipe copy and images provided

Option 2 – $1,200 speaker includes:
- 25 min talk time on the main stage – you may have a free offer or a paid offer under $500, and/or invite people to your booth/table.
- Ability to donate a physical item, book, etc. to the Swag Bag (We estimate needing 100-200 items)
- Inclusion on the event website with your photo, your title, link to your website as well as your talk title and description.
- We do ask that you promote this event and yourself as a speaker which benefits the event and YOU, of course – swipe copy and images provided
- Exhibitor table
- Video interview with Katrina prior to conference that we will share via social media to over 30,000 people, as well as inclusion of it on the event website. You will be able to share it out or use as you wish as well and we recommend it be part of your marketing strategy for the event.
Option 3 – $1,700 speaker includes:
- 55 min talk time on the main stage – you may have a free offer or a paid offer under $500, and/or invite people to your booth/table.
- Ability to donate a physical item, book, etc. to the Swag Bag (We estimate needing 100-200 items)
- Inclusion on the event website with your photo, your title, link to your website as well as your talk title and description.
- We do ask that you promote this event and yourself as a speaker, which benefits the event and YOU, of course – swipe copy and images provided
- Exhibitor table

- Post event email blast to all registered attendees with speaker’s free or paid offer and links.
