I’m SO EXCITED that you’ll be joining me in this hands-on, high-level business training!

This will be a little intense perhaps only because we’re going to cover a lot and if some of it could be new to you, never fear. You’ll have support from me, some of my regular clients who will be there, others in the group too… you’ll be able to communicate questions, requests for feedback, etc. inside our private Facebook group also that I’ll be using during the 4.5 months we’re working together. 

What you want to do first is to lock in the DATES for our calls:

5 Training Calls are all on Mondays from 1:00 - 3:00 pm PST, October 28, November 4, November 25, December 2 & December 9

Plus, 3 Additional Months of Monthly Group Calls for accountability, completion of implementation. January 6, February 3 and March 3 from 11:00 - 12:00 pm PST.

All calls will be recorded and put on THIS page for easy access if you have to miss any.

There are a few pre-work items in the FB group and just know that we will get you set up very soon with more systems, structure, accountability and more!

Remember it all starts with being clear on what you offer AND what that transformation is that you or your product/service provide.

Homework:

  1. Please outline in some way, all of your levels of offerings, how much, what they get, transformation, etc. INSIDE the Facebook group. (link is above on the page)
  2. Take the Jumpstart Your Biz Quiz to see “what’s missing” or “where you should focus more in your business. You’ll get the results and so will I. Then I can help you better too. 
  3. Fill out the Need Number Checklist (watch that video first) to really outline your money goals (by month). If you want to email that to me you can or you can just share your thoughts or take-aways in the FB group regarding that. 
  4. Introduce yourself in a separate post too in the FB group, put a photo and link to your website so others know what you do!
  5. (If you want MORE now) Download and start going through the Productivity & Profitability Checklist – O those that you have challenges or concerns with doing and * those that you are doing or know you want to implement.

Remember, you ARE being watched in lots of places online so do your best to be as visible and easy to find, get info from and buy from as possible. The way you position yourself directly reflects the income you bring in. Charge as much as you can say without stuttering and value your time, energy, resources and knowledge!

 

Homework:

  1. All participants to review the first two calls and Q&A sessions before the next call on November 25th.
  2. All participants to join the Facebook group for the program if not already done.
  3. All participants to create a funnel diagram of their offerings and prices from free to highest-priced and post it in the Facebook group.
  4. All participants to review their website pages, one by one, and update them according to the 16 website must-haves discussed (see attached image). You can also post them one by one in a post in the FB group for review and feedback.

This is one of your main marketing platforms… all the different sites you’re featured on, is free marketing, use it! (Start a private GROUP if need be for family/friends if you really want a private place to share. But OPEN up your profiles – see your settings!)
  8. All participants to consider updating their Zoom background/setup for a more professional appearance. People are always watching you, make sure you’re always positioning yourself as the expert that you are.

Remember, that life will get in the way of you being more productive here and there and you have to just let go of being perfect and embrace the opportunity to shift and evolve. Believe it or not, you CAN charge whatever you want in your business. You can value your time by the hour or by project – value pricing. We had a big discussion on this call about how to shift your mindset around your value, worth and your positioning as the expert that you are.

This week’s call was ALL ABOUT MARKETING. We talked some about specific lead gen and follow up strategies INCLUDING TALKING THROUGH SCRIPTS! We also went through all the various marketing strategies a business owner could do.

Homework:

  1. Please go through the Gigantic Marketing Checklist linked below and the Slide with Marketing Strategies and make yourself a list of “doing now”, “need to add”, “need to update”, etc. They are both up above, under Call #3 notes.
  2. Take the transcripts of today’s call and edit for scripts for your follow up voicemails, emails and mailings. Creating templates so you’re ready!
  3. Share in the FB group the strategies you plan to use and/or questions you might have.
