What’s Included and What’s the Investment?
Over the course of the next 12 months we will primarily be meeting over group calls on Zoom.
- 3 calls per month for the small 10-15 person group, plus, private Facebook group and email access, and quick 1on1s as needed. The times and dates for those calls are being determined by myself and the first handful of members so sign up soon so you can help shape the schedule!
- Each member will get quarterly deep dive calls with me 1on1 too to map out your next quarter and celebrate your progress. More 1on1 is also an option, just inquire.
- There is a private Facebook group just for us as well so you can ask questions, post things you’re working on for feedback and connect with each other.
- On top of the virtual access and accountability, you are invited to attend any of Katrina’s general events or workshops which optional but highly recommended.
- If I offer a retreat you may attend with a nominal fee of $500 plus accommodations and travel.
When you get away from your home/office environment it’s amazing how you get into this big energy that you’ll need to download those BIG ideas and stay focused and motivated throughout the year.
Being in a group like this is a commitment not only to yourself, but to the others with what YOU bring to the table as far as your knowledge, resources and ideas.
All members get plenty of ACCESS TO ME as your CEO advisor and mentor. Many programs at this price point get very little if any 1on1 with the main mentor. Sometimes you get their team members, but in the Next Level Mastermind, you get me the whole time on all calls.
Members will be asked to sign a Commitment Agreement that outlines what you’re willing to give to the group and how you’re going to show up for the group. We do ask that you commit to a term of at least one year to receive the full value. You may upgrade to receive more 1on1 monthly anytime if you feel you need it or we may suggest it if you need more help with specific things.
